HR department (ER) is run by 2/3 people who only value anyone based on their financial/qualification status and anyone who doesn’t quite live up to their London Mayfair status is not worth engaging with and you will be made to feel this way of you try to have a conversation with these people!
Friends promoting friends!! Blatant brown nosing and bullying tactics.
Shocked and appalled at the way senior members of team are knowingly aloud to act and conduct them selves.
The resourcing team are a lovely, friendly bunch of people but they are constantly over worked and stretched with a unmanageable workload.
If you are not IN with the heads of ER and their army of blind followers then you are not safe or “going anywhere” people are literally pushed out as soon as it is decided that these people don’t like you (paid to leave/settlements/redundancies/experts on employment law think that they are the law)
