      Pros

      One could count on ones paycheck. Like clockwork. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      1. Shotgun style dispatching, one grabs any truck and hopes there are no issues. 2. For the size of this worldwide company, one would think that the facility could update from a gravel yard, to asphalt. Or concrete 3. Hours are long. They do many Household Waste cleanups during the summer.

      The lower level people (drivers, operations, customer service) want the place to be better

      Cons

      Culture is toxic No training No pathways Nothing ever changes Empty promises of change Micromanaged Management are all over the place No one helps each other No opportunities for females No movement within the business, would rather hire outside of the business in order for people to stay in their current roles No worklife balance, want everything for nothing
