      Pros

      Stable job. Lots of Health and safety training. Ok Salary.

      Cons

      The ground staff (none management) Don't get much praise or thanks for the work put in. Managers out for number 1. Not much room for progression. No overtime pay in the energy sector which is frustrating especially when you get nothing extra for giving your time up for call outs.

      Pros

      - Focus on worker's safety, but not healthy. - Big name, the group has wide footprint in many countries. - Industry prospect is good.

      Cons

      - Promotion based on no of years of service and relationship with the bosses instead of capability and contribution. - Long service staff never get replaced unless they are retired. - Poor performance management - the person who can perform well will get loaded more job but no reward. - Many duplicate reporting to different regional function heads. - Inefficient finance reporting - long way to catch up - Must show willingness to work late or during weekend frequently to prove your commitment even though it is because of the one's inefficiency - Stereotype thinking, very poor innovation and prefer olden days approach - Senior management are lack of hunger to strike for improvement because they already in stable position and enjoying big package - Poor communication flow from top the bottom

      It was a great company to work but not anymore

      Cons

      Thw HPD division is race's and miss treat anyone who is not white. They don't appreciate hardworking people. Management is very old school and closed minded.
