      Pros

      Good benefits, Interesting work with a good team. Insurance and 401k with matching is better than average. Pay is about average. Shop is clean and neat.

      Cons

      New CEO has no idea what he is doing, this man is a transplant from France who has worked for this same company in England and China before coming here to America. He has single handedly caused strife and division to the point that it is nearly impossible to get anything done.

      Pros

      Access to worldwide experience and knowledge through the many companies owned by the Parent.

      Cons

      Complex organizational structure with resources competing for similar business. Many middle managers trying to prove worth, but missing their day-to-day objectives. Answering the same questions to the same managers becomes 50% effort (conservative) for subordinates.

      Biggest environmental company at world. High technology, leadership in water and waste disposal services.High cultural organization, solid and health financials.

      Cons

      Big organization standards and policies are confused and not well shared across all countries special in latin america. Business process and IT technology is very localized and not standard.
