      Good benefits but too much drama

      Pros

      Benefits are good. Although they have been cutting them down in recent years.

      Cons

      Lots of do nothing employees that they won't get rid of. Skeleton staffing policy. Management are all getting ready to retire and couldn't care less. Too much drama. No mobility opportunities they always hire from outside the company. Find somewhere else.

      Cliquish, Harassing and Miserable

      Pros

      The pay is substantial. The benefits are competitive.

      Cons

      Socially cliquish environment where you have to fit in or get out. It doesn't matter how hard you work or how gratified the customers are with the quality of your work. It's all about whose rear end you kiss and whose ego you fondle. The more entrenched and uneducated they are, the more dangerous they are to your success. Veolia rewards mediocrity. The "pros" of substantial pay and benefits are a trap.
