Depending on your skill set there is opportunity to progress in your career with this company. The U.S. Management team has some talented people. Salary and wages copetitive.

Cons

No tuition reimbursement. May require relocation to move up in the company. Not much communication between the various companies.....

Some great people work there, colleagues are supportive and teams work well together to make things work.,

Cons

But, there is zero work life balance, employees are disposable assets. You do not bring the elephant into the room. You hear the word 'scapegoat' all too often. This is so sad as the company supports many great initiatives
