      Cons

      racist company makes women feel like slaves and do not pay for the work they pile on you. Very unsafe place to work. Always having the EPA watching them for doing illegal stuff.

      If you are willing to break federal, provincial/state, and municipal laws, and blindly sign on the dotted line (risking being the scapegoat, putting yourself personally liable for the company's doings), you could probably get a promotion.

      Cons

      poor ethics, the worst Healthy and Safety record imagineable, lack of respect for the environment, complete isolation/bullying of employees who speak for what is right.
