      Pros

      Collaborative co-workers, focus on safety. Was a great company prior to the current North American (NA) CEO taking over.

      Cons

      The current NA CEO is a hinderance to success. Very dictatorial style and has unrealistic expectations of those in senior management. Rather than surround himself with diverse others, he's surrounded himself with his cronies from the legcy Energy division. He is not open to others' feedback and is a 'my way or the highway' type manager. Very sad.

      Pros

      Flexibility with working hours, meaning start and leave time can change a little. Benefits to include medical, dental, vision, life, legal, 401K match, etc.

      Cons

      Upper management makes big decisions without knowing the true ramifications of their decisions because they aren't actually doing the work. Lots of elbow rubbing decision making instead of best practice decision making.

      Pros

      The pros of my job include, easy going co workers, my bosses are very lenient when it comes to asking for days off work, and they are also considerate of the employees if they come in not feeling well

      Cons

      The only real challenge working with Veolia is, keeping busy. I'm an energetic employee and I like keeping busy at all times if I can.
