Pros
Great people. My office has/had some of the best people I have ever worked with. I felt the pay was adequate for my level of experience.
Cons
Not much room to move up. In the 3 years I have worked here, there has been multiple attempts at restructuring. The company decided it would be a better fiscal decision to close an office in an affordable city instead of one in Boston. This was announced early on a Friday morning (when not even the entire office was in yet), less than 2 weeks after telling us that they were committed to keeping this office open. The Paris HQ has too much control. We moved to a new payroll system and lost a lot of our capabilities and we now have to rely on Paris to do more for us, which is not convenient at all.
