Pros

Average pay, but you will work lots of weekends for it.

Cons

Monitoring of employees is over the top, especially if you are an LGV driver at Veolia, All vehicles are fitted with GPS tracking, and all round CCTV cameras including one pointing at YOU the driver ! so you are constantly on edge worrying about making the slightest mistake.

Toxic, toxic, toxic

Pros

Competitive pay and benefits. Many of the individuals are hardworking, caring, and committed to the work they do.

Cons

The most toxic corporate culture I have ever seen. Value only placed on kissing butt. HR is the worst. CEO and HR legitimately are not nice people that want people to make "the walk of shame" after being fired. HR tells others they want to get "everything they can squeeze" out of people before firing them. This culture runs through the entire organization up to Paris headquarters.

Pros

Great pay to start. Great industry! Doing good things for the environment. Great people in the lower ranks that truly care.

Cons

Bosses make promises but never deliver. Lots of random layoffs despite the need for help. Forces those left to cover.
