      Pros

      Worked with some great people for several years before the last reorganization.

      Cons

      if you worked in ES at a high level, you had a target on your back. All ES execs are gone. Why? Because they were profitable, paid bonuses annually to their employees, preached safety, and treated their people with respect. Water didn't and Veolia is run by Water people who don't like ES and Energy.

      An HR Company with a side hustle in Engineering

      Pros

      For the time being, there are still some very knowledgeable Engineers at the company.

      Cons

      The company has fantastic product potential and the IP to back it up, but is just not being marketed or sold. The most inflexible flexible working policy I have ever encountered. The company willingly sold IP to a customer. Staff are treated like primary school children. Anything "at line manager's discretion" must first be approved by HR.

      Stay Away - Only take this job if you are unemployed

      Pros

      Close to home and hybrid work from home 3 days a week. Cappuccino machine.

      Cons

      CFO misrepresented the position during the interview. He did not mention due to merger between Veolia and Suez and a migration to SAP S/4 Hana, erroneous balances and anomalies are in the production environment and it would be this positions responsibility to clean it up. This has created an overworked, miserable team that is hard to manage.
