None.. very poorly managed.. my manager called me half a man because am disabled now

Cons

Rampant bullying.. they treat staff like crap.. this year's pay rise has been offered less than government minimum wage despite the company making record profits from uk waste recycling.. and cost of living crisis.. we worked through the pandemic for this?? shocking
