Cons
1) If you join in SouthAsia regional Project Engineering Team (Under M.A Badrinath), you will always be too loaded with works. So much loaded that most of saturday & sundays also you will be working so that pending works reduces, but it never reduces...After around 6 month..u will get used to it. Eventually due to work load you will start loosing night sleep, n may get depressed; when you may have to consult psychologist, which is sponsored by company, hence free. 2) Though there is provision for inter departmental change , but it is formality only as the current boss in most of the cases never provides NOC, hence the employee can't change the department.
