its a job that pays money

Cons

the pay is not as high as it should be. the respect from managers is not there. bonuses are pathetic along with barley getting a raise to account for inflation. They do not do a good job filling empty positions nor keeping current workers.

Co workers are great and semi decent benefits.

Cons

management is a bit of a mess. doing the same projects over and over expecting different results. Don't expect a good job description as you will be doing your job along with your bosses unless you are higher up in the management team.

Free car company, ok people

Cons

Expect working 16 hours a day multple times a week. YOu can't expect a young engineer to commission a major process without support. Its ridiculous and frankly insane. You need to pay people for the time they travel if you expect them to graft.
