Veolia is a great business, I joined in November 2020. Before joining I didn't realise the scale of services Veolia offers to support businesses protect our planet. Since joining Veolia I have been entirely remote. I can honesty say that I have not felt alone. Everyone has been really helpful and supportive. Veolia is a fast paced and ambitious business always looking for innovative ways to do things and streamline processes. Would I recommend a career with Veolia? Yes absolutely!

Generous Car allowance Some really great people in some areas of the business

Cons

Bullying behaviour accepted and ignored Terrible support departments - payroll in particular are complicated and disinterested in paying their employees Complicated and exhausting recruitment process Some managers expect 12 hour days and have no respect for work/life balance Draconian absence policy that is far behind modern working times
