Benefits are good -401 k, decent health care plans , vision and retirement plans. competitive pay. Good location .tuition reimbursement offered

Cons

Lack of training and mislead on actual job responsibilities when hired . Disorganized . A lot of companies under company umbrella and not consistent with plans and fairness

Exposed to varied technology and an eclectic mix of individuals. Well paid and good terms and conditions generally. Generally a fairly relaxed environment in which to work.

Cons

They certainly do not hold true to most of their corporate values. Truth and Honesty deserts senior personnel where jealousy and fear for job or being overshadowed demonstrates inordinate bias. Incompetence is rewarded. HR only exist to perform the functions of Company and not you personally. Disorganized on some levels with incompetents retained in senior positions. No real career prospects.

The only pro is the location, the company itself has none.

Cons

Company is always changing and makes poor business decisions. Do not work there and I would not recommend a friend working there it is a toxic environment.
