      Good team environment and culture, Decent benefits. Great training and development opportunities.

      Cons

      Insulting pay rises, lack of recognition from upper (off site) management for site specific achievements and efforts. For example many other companies gave bonuses etc to those who kept working 12hr shifts through covid eg. £200, £500, £1000 etc. Veolia gave a £25 gift card
