      Pros

      Comfortable job with a lot of knowledgeable and friendly people. In my experience, support is available when it is needed, even across the country.

      Cons

      At this location, there was little apparent accountability for the actions and demeanor of management and the engineering firm. Bad decisions were not addressed, and big egos/short tempers were left unchecked. This had no effect on my experience as an employee, except my mood. haha!
