An overall good environment in which you are guranteed your basic right as an employee

Total absence of proper training, you are being propulsed in a chaotic environment and expected to find your way in it. Very autoritary management Low salary compared to the companies that operate in the same field Not all employees have the same advantages, even for ones who fill similar positions Very strict when it comes to internal mobilities, the management is very reluctant when it comes to changing positions or departements In some departments, employees are expected to be available 24/7
