      Pros

      The pay is nice after all of the overtime but it eats into your personal life. We get training and experience on forklifts, bobcats, pumps, and centrifuges.

      Cons

      Typically working 70 hours per week. Minimal room to advance.

      Pros

      Some of the people are really nice.

      Cons

      French parent company and that's what they care about. Only get promoted if you are "in" with the right HR or management people. They don't necessarily seem to reward hard work. If you are good at your job its like they want to keep you there so they don't have to pay you more or promote you and lose you doing the current job.
