Doing good for society and environment (or at least they try to)

Cons

Most of people are really boring, everyone is super serious with that "fake" professionalism attitude. Salaries are really low as well. A lot of people work on high positions because they are "friend of my neighbour etc." Didn't enjoy working there at all.

The 401K plan, however, pay is static.

Very poor maintenance; to the point I believe this location is on the chopping block. Safety - poor People in leadership positions that are not capable or prepared for the responsibility; but make good yes men.
