      operates on a who you know inner circle basis. If you are in with the Director of London and his senior managers then they will bend over backwards to protect you even going as far as to change your role, move you if you are at risk of redundancy even if a poor performer. career opportunities are based on the same too. HR operate on the same basis too and are aware of this. The inner circle have the best salaries and are not diverse AT ALL. poor salaries. No work life balance. Sexism, racism and ageism run rife in the company
