      Honestly I wouldn't recommend working in their office.

      One individual had an attitude problem that brought immense negativity to the office, however as they were senior they were able to get away with it.

      Pros

      Working at the head office '210' in London you get free lunch every day.

      Cons

      I've worked in several place before but I never felt so stress and constantly watch by a manager. Middle managers are the worst they tend to monitoring every act and gesture. So that they can fired you without any problems, obviously HR knows about that but they barely know your name so...? The pay is so low that you rather stay on benefits. There is no progressive ideas or whatsoever only process and procedures in place you could hardly change, they have an innovation team which is a joke, they changed the emplacement of bins and they mark up thay as an innovative project. Well! Frankly speaking have seen more creativity.

      Great multinational company with very strong technical/engineering skills and long list of successful projects. A good place for a young engineer to gain experience
