      Good Company, but bad managers at Birmingham depot

      Pros

      Salary is good. Good work/life balance if your face fits or related (lots of brothers/cousins at my depot)

      Cons

      Bad managers at depot, bully drivers and victimise employees, seen a lot of good drivers leave. Disciplinary outcomes are unfair, depending on who you are Poor Health & Safety - wagons which are unfit to go on road have been out on the road over the 8 years that I've been there.

      Pros

      Everyone is so lovely to work with. They are warm and welcoming. But in office base you need to make effort to meet all the people. Can get involved in so many areas of company and Very open to learn.

      Cons

      Lack of organisation in areas of giving work. But also lack of management from top level in terms of culture. Needs more culture and fun.
