      Pros

      No pros, pay is horrible. Veolia has you travel to different states to get paid the same with a 20$ per diem.

      Cons

      Not a craft so pay is very minimal. Impossible to move up. You work up to 110 hours a week. They will call you in at 3 in the morning to be at work at 4.

      Exessive monitoring of employees

      Pros

      Average pay, but you will work lots of weekends for it.

      Cons

      Monitoring of employees is over the top, especially if you are an LGV driver at Veolia, All vehicles are fitted with GPS tracking, and all round CCTV cameras including one pointing at YOU the driver ! so you are constantly on edge worrying about making the slightest mistake.

      Pros

      People are good and nice. Middle management is not bad in general. Facilities are also well maintained. There's no much apart from that.

      Cons

      Went downhill since merging water, waste and energy with poor change management. Outdated business model. Innovation is only in paper. No career path or consistent management of employees.
