      Pros

      Large organisation, the company has great values and wonderful people to work with. The IT team is going through a big transformation and the technical teams are great. The global IT strategy is cutting edge, global CIO is CIO of the year in France. Lot of support and knowledge shared by the global IT teams.

      Smart people all working together as a team to accomplish goals. Many many interesting Infra projects. Decisions can be made fast. Cloud, Security and Innovation at the core of all solutions. Constantly working with 'best of breed' technology which is excellent for career and skills development. Cross-skilling

      Cons

      Not a place to work for a low energy employee who likes to hide under the desk. Veolia is a fast paced, vibrant and innovative environment where energetic, smart people are highly valued and rewarded.
