      Good Company - poor systems

      Pros

      I find the company to be really friendly, and I haven't really come across any especially horrible people. Also the benefits here are really good compared to other private sector organisations.

      Cons

      Our systems can be a bit rubbish considering the size of the organisation. We use Google apps in the place of Microsoft Office which I feel is quite unprofessional.

      Australia is changing and adapting to the global culture. Look deeper and you can really expand your career, but if you don't try you won't get anywhere.
