      A place to get experience and then leave.

      Cons

      Cameras everywhere to spy on you. The APM has a hit list. This is just a terrible place. Lies. Rumors. Mean people.

      The good side of this company is great, the bad side of it is very bad

      Decent starting pay Good place to start in the industry Decent overtime Lots of opportunities globally

      Cons

      Shady management High turn over rate Got out earned by new trainees Regional manager very versed in industry but is a tyrant who pits his own employees against each other. Also incredibly sexist and tries to intimidate his own employees, that manager has since resigned though so no longer a factor. Vague career progression = uncertainty in future No centralized approach to training. Too much reliance on success factors for training, not enough hands on.
