      Decent pay, lots of overtime, doing something different everyday, good healthcare

      Hazardous, dealing with DOT, lack of good management, not innovative, lot's of turnover, always being pushed to accomplish more without extra benefits, no where to move up

      Not much in terms of advice on how apply for roles , constantly have to use your own initiative even though managers are in abundance.
