      Pros

      Veolia is a very good company with great background to design water treatment packages.

      Cons

      Everything is great here in Veolia, but because of oil & gas market they couldn't get new project , so maybe they need to lay off some personnel.

      Good wages, able to make a good living for my family. Good benefits. Good for the community. Paid vacation and holidays

      Not Union friendly, biweekly pay. More safety training. More on the job training. Low moral. Poor managers. Not enough local contracting

      great bunch of workmates would work with again anytime.

      while working at veolia brent i noticed the lack of respect shown to the work force by management that needs to improve,wages were poor for the amount of work need to improve.
