      Pros

      If you're lucky you're going to be in a good team with good work life balance and salary

      Cons

      Most products are legacy. Once you start working on those, you get outdated in 6 to 7 months (for an engineer)

      Some nice people. Can’t really say much good things about this place at all..

      They only keep u if you are making sales. I left my full time job to work for Veritas and it was only for 3 weeks till they got rid of me & promised they’d find me a job but still nothing at all!!!! Really disappointing actually....

      Pros

      - The facility in Dublin is just fantastic. Gym, modern building, bright open space - the canteen is quite good. - parking space

      Cons

      Management is Veritas is sick, period. It has all the 5 dysfunctions a team can have. The management is Dublin, specifically, is ridiculous. They just don't know what they are doing. From this experience, I've learned a lot of (management) anti-patterns. Main problems I've faced in Dublin - Micromanagement - Complete lack of vision - Management not ready/inexperienced to bring up the engineering team.
