      The worst review I've ever written

      Pros

      Nothing, is the worst company in the world I can say. The management doesn't know how to do the job, it'a a place plenty of favoritism, people got better position just because friends of the manager. Managers didn't like each other but they pretend to be friends. The youngest manager didn't know how to approach people, he didn't have any experience and was not supporting agents, he was really confused trying to listen oldest manager that didn't help him at all. He did things without think with his own head. Agents were treated as children in the primary school. I have learned nothing, or not... I have learned how don't be like them. I can't suggest a worst place.

      I've been at Veritas for 3 years. I'm excited about the future of the company. The people I work with are AWESOME. I'm encouraged to see that former Veritas executives are returning to the company because they know that there's tremendous potential to be GREAT!

      Cons

      I call Veritas an "up-start" vs. a start-up! When Veritas and Symantec split (October 2015); Veritas was on it's own again and tasked with reinventing themselves with 8K employees! That's no easy feat. I think that the Carlyle Group and the Executive Team are focus, determined, and on track.
