      Nice cooperating between colleagues, but unstable environment

      Cons

      Not stable, YOu never know what will happen to the company and you will always be at risk. Especially if anyone looking for Green Card sponsorship I don't suggest this company because as per company policy they have to initiate after completion of 1st year but I am nearing to 2nd year completion still they did not process. they dont have budget

      1. People are friendly, and do their best to work together . 2. Middle management team are nice enough but have very limited power to change anything. 3. Strong core product with NBU (although we’re losing more than we use to)

      Cons

      1. This company is either being lined up to be broken up and sold off, or sold to another private equity firm (give it 12 months) 2. Four CEO’s in four years! 3. Constantly changing exec team with constantly changing strategy 4. Targets for sales are not achievable in most cases (drive more revenue but pay less in commission- reduce opex) 5. Pipeline is low so the pressure is constant
