      you will have the opportunity to train for your next job

      Cons

      Veritas is owned by a private investment company. Ownership is short sighted and constantly cutting, reducing staff and employee services without considering repercussions. Since short term profitability is the only priority, customers, employees and products will continue to degrade.

      Pros

      Work with great people (co-workers) Managers and perhaps one level up are great people to work for. Lots and lots of technical stuff to learn, every single day.

      Cons

      Upper levels (think C level) keep bailing or seem directionless. Appears that a "get rich quick" scheme did not work, now we all pay by layoff after layoff.
