Pros
Used to be a fantastic company with a thriving culture and customer base... Not anymore
Cons
Was once a wonderful company, especially if you could make your way into BCS where they treat you like a family and treat the customer as a priority. Two terrible things happened at the same time: Carlisle Group bought Veritas and the current CCO came in and disrupted everything. Chief Customer Officer knows nothing about pleasing the customer. He's killed the one organization that was making a difference with the company's most strategic customers. BCS was one of the first organizations in the industry that built a true customer success team before customer success was a recognized term in the industry. But while the rest of the world plays catch up with what BCS built, the CCO has decided to dismantle anything proactive and consultative and move the customer experience back to a support-focused model. We'll lose significant customers because of this... or at least the customers that we haven't lost already due to the Carlisle Group's poor management. Carlisle seems to not know how to manage an IT company, hiring leaders who only know how to chase the next quarter's number rather than build something that is sustainable.
