      Don't believe a word from some of these 5-star reviews. They're pure propaganda from inside Veritas. Veritas is sinking like a stone and management is doing everything they can to prop it up. Poor Management has destroyed this company.

      Some of my best colleagues and friends have gone through this nightmare of a company with me. That's the only redeeming thing I can say about it.

      Cons

      Veritas is an absolute joke. If you search for 40 years, read case studies, interview former employees, you still will NOT find a worse company to work for with more incompetent executive leadership than you will at Veritas. It truly is a circus with zero leadership, vision, guidance, or direction. Worse, it's not just that these people are incompetent, it's as if the were trying to make the wrong decision time and time again.

      Great people at the middle level

      Cons

      Executives are driving the company over the edge of a cliff. CPO, COO, CMO, CHO - all certifiably incompetent and inexperienced in the field of software, let alone in their positions at Veritas. It has become a joke among employees. Those who have stayed are just waiting for their packages, or a voluntary RIF.
