New CEO has cleaned up some things but not enough.

Cons

Had high hopes for the new CEO. He has tried to restructure the direction to focus on core competencies but he hasn't cleaned out the terrible management at Veritas. Exec leaders are only trying to promote their own agendas and save their own hides. Layoffs are happening now like clockwork. Morale is in the tank. Very toxic, corrosive, depressive environment.

compensation great people in general (if they stay longer than 6 months) solid technology

Cons

constant turnover at the executive level executives who do not want to hear about or change business challenges that they have created as a result of cost-cutting behaviors short term/reactive business planning many business silos constantly changing programs, processes and people damaged brand recognition regular cost cutting and RIFs
