Veritas is shifting most of the work to outsourcing and it will eventually have 90% of the work done in India. The leadership in the department refuses to tell people this, and will lie telling you "no nothing is changing" while they have you train, teach, and provide the details of your job to them or someone in Pune. They hire people into a management position that have NO idea of what their doing, and they even make the most inappropriate comments. They lied on their resume to say that they have certain skills or experience with software, and then tell you "Oh I've never used this." Its sinking quickly and instead of telling people the truth they lie all the time. We had a meeting and the manager was asked specific questions and we knew the real information because we heard this on a call, but instead of being honest they lied and dismissed it. You have a director and a senior manager who don't know anything or if they know things they don't tell you. The newest manager they hired has been here for quite awhile but still says, "oh I'm still to new to know" to avoid doing anything. Every day you see less and less people in the office and more people being hired in India. The senior leadership may have those golden parachutes, but those who aren't come to work daily terrified if we are going to lose our jobs that day.

People are being told to write positive reviews about the company. Don't believe a word of them. Veritas is a train wreck. Company trying to sell off anything to anyone who is dumb enough to buy. Failed leadership has destroyed the company.
