      I am trying to think of something positive. Nothing.

      Cons

      Veritas is laying off people regularly now. The company is dying. Executive management is some of the worst we've seen ever before in industry. All they care about it themselves, not employees. Good people are leaving every week now, others who are staying are no longer motivated or incented to work hard. They're just waiting for a package. Veritas will be dead soon.

      It has been nothing but utter failure since separation so unable to reflect on one item here except for colleagues.

      Cons

      Worst company I have ever been at. Total lack of looking after employees - CEO 1st and 2nd level are totally focussed on themselves, their shares and a sale. Since separation staff have given themselves to this company and in return no shares or bonuses due to consistently missing targets. Albeit that the top table achieve theirs.... next to zero opportunity to progress to VP positions from within except for US where there is a terrible culture of rewarding those with no integrity. Everyone who is brought in is given stock even though they contributed to nothing since separation. No culture - CHRO utterly inept - CEO about to be exchanged after 2 years of failure - on 3rd CRO in 24 months - 3rd AMS leader in 24 months - military culture in EMEA - I don’t believe many leaders now left in Asia. Do yourself a favour and look at another company ,

      Can’t think of anything. Wasted one year of my life there.

      Cons

      - lay-offs every quarter - minimal annual bonus and raises - average salaries - most good people have left; Company is left with mediocre managers and engineers who are just trying to save their jobs for as long as possible
