      Terrible culture, worst of time

      Pros

      Easy work-life balance since everybody is preparing to move to the other company.

      Cons

      Culture is terrible. No collaboration. Everyone is trying to do something since they are afraid of layoff. One time, I was told that "you are junior, ask your boss to talk to me." No mentoring, and manager is not thinking about the team.

      This is not a negative review. It is an honest review. There are still some extremely good people at Veritas. They are shell shocked at what a nightmare the company has become but they are still here, trying to make the best of a nightmare situation.

      Cons

      Veritas is a living nightmare! Executive management, the culture, the environment, the future outlook, the lack of ethical treatment of employees, the list goes on and on. Run as fast as humanly possible from this nightmare. It has reached toxic levels unseen before in the industry. Unfortunately, they don't care. Nothing is changing to make it better.
