Pros

If your lucky to work with people the same age on shop floor, then you can have a small chat and some fun times.

Cons

The women in the cafe, have worked there all there lives, and show no friendliness to youngsters working there for a gap year or just a evening job. The managment sre useless, and always trying to spite other co workers they do not get on with.

Pros

- Extra pay on Sundays if you'd worked there long enough - Other team members were a laugh

Cons

- Upper management. Didn't care about the night shift team, gave no support, just seemed more interested in trying to give people written warnings - Low morale never addressed, again the upper management didn't care - Night shift basically didn't exist in the branches eyes, we were just the hermits that did all the restocking over night - No chance for development or progression
