It’s a job and a job of three partners. Constantly, on the back foot, no respite from being isolated and humiliated. Unhappy, partners quite happy to stick the knife in my back. Lazy partners and not proactive for this to succeed. Young partners saw this as an extension of their social life and treated it as a stepping stone through their education, career path and uncommitted. Didn’t care and that was massively disappointing. As they get older, they will care. Poor location of business and had to be central to have any hope.

• the hours are really terrible and you can't get them changed for months if ever. • customers can be horrible. • managers can give you too many tasks that are time sensitive or too much to do within a few hours, and then you'll see other colleagues doing one thing for hours. • managers take weeks to sign off holiday etc,.
