Pros

enjoyable, independent, customer service skills

Cons

too many managers, pay isn't the best, not really a partnership.

Pros

Minimal or no previous experience required. Good for CV.

Cons

Pay not good enough in this day and age for "specialist position". Barely any more than Supermarket Assistant for same company, despite doing exactly what they do and significantly more. The vans I have to allocate and the engineers who fix them are regularly not good enough. Tasks all have to be done daily but due to the sheer number of them, only having one DSA in-branch at a time, and not having many (if any) other people free to help due to working in retail, this is impossible.

Pros

Employee discount for Waitrose and John Lewis

Cons

Absolutely exhausting and obnoxious line managers. This company obviously used to be great to work for but over the year I worked there, I witnessed previous perks gradually get stripped away which was kind of depressing
