Pros

Discount on JL and WR.

Cons

Awful place to work. Your contract means nothing as they can change it with 4 weeks notice. Lowest payed supermarket in the UK. Culture is awful. Bulling. Awful management. Really bad pay, no bonus. You are not a partner. Change policies to suit them. No rights / no union. You are never listen too. Repetitive work, always on your feet and get in trouble for missing things. You get in trouble for being sick as you can only be off twice in twelve months. Discrimination agains mental health. No respect from management. Not holidays allowed during Christmas/ Easter. Holidays have to be booked way in advance.

Pros

Friendly colleagues, great if you’re outgoing and also a great job for someone who wants a bit more independence

Cons

After finishing your deliveries you can expect to be given mundane tasks which can sometimes feel a bit pointless
