Pros

Quite okay salary Benefits from partnership Partnershop

Cons

Management needs to go Lack of people skills Favoritism at the highest level Management might "take" your personal stuff. In simple words- steal. No flexibility, no support 0 life balance Physical and mental health is not worth the money There is no shares that partners receive as stated on their website neither they listen to your opinions/suggestions Absolutely no recognition Your days wont be accommodated if you study but will if you are a "mate" Monthly rewards that are not given to partners. You need to beg for it Nepotism Unfair workload Toxic environment which is created by managers and SWPs mainly Awful equipment Maggots and flies in warehouse No career opportunities unless you are a "mate" And others

Pros

Local to where I live The staff are all really nice as individuals

Cons

Poor management and extremely unorganised. Not actually doing the job you get hired to do and get placed in other areas to cover where they are short on staff.
