Pros

Working with lovely people. Possible to slip under the radar and get away with not working.

Cons

The employment model has completely shifted from previously having been a partnership / profit share model, to now being the same as other supermarkets but less well paid. This has essentially begun the slow destruction of the company as the workforce has lost this unique motivating factor, and each year upper management are cutting more corners when it comes to employee pay and benefits in an attempt to save the company.
