Pros

Nice Partners at ground level.

Cons

Overworked and made to feel threatened if was unable to complete all tasks in short shift. Felt a number, not a person - little compassion or care for people. Disorganised management from the very top down, it may work if your face fits. Aggressive and arrogant store manager.

Pros

Some of the people on shift are like family, certain benefits, sometimes get treats on shift if it’s particularly bad

Cons

Some of the other people on shift, shockingly managed on most levels, too much expected of staff, minimal empathy from management, holiday requests not dealt with fast enough, treated like we’re expendable.
