Cons

Management not trained to be very neurodiverse friendly Expects full flexibility, even when you've stated why you can't be 'If you don't like it- leave' mentality Not positive toward compromises on reasonable adjustments for disabilities.

Pros

Management are friendly and have been good to me and the discount helps a lot as you get high quality food for a lot less money.

Cons

The work is very hard very heavy lifting , I thought id be on the tils when i first joined but they keep putting me on replenishment everyday and its took its toll on my health after 2 years and my healths been very bad in the last few months.
