Friendly colleagues, easy work and the bonus was a nice extra

I was not considered for a move to a different area because I had missed 2 weeks of work (but my absence was due to 2 bereavements in short succession)

This Branch closed, The Partnership spent millions setting up Craigendoran Branch in a very poor location and despite all efforts from some of us; maybe a minority, it was destroyed by partners who wanted to throw excrement at me. Great customers, a nice community, Helensburgh is a nice place and I wish Argyllshire well.

Cons

Scurrilous allegations, thrown under a bus twice. We will chase you everywhere agenda. Very young inexperienced managers, no experience of life, totally out for themselves., totally out their depth. They couldn’t give a damn for John Spedan Lewis’s legacy and they quite happily went along with the victimisation; they couldn’t get a hold of anything and as The Partnership has mega debts Helensburgh was axed. One of the temporary Branch Managers said: “Nothing in this Branch works”. Really. Some partners disrupters because they were miserable individuals they do everything they could to destroy you.

Unfortunately a case of if your face fits Clicky environment - promoting those who perhaps smile at the right time and at the right people. Quite sad really.
