Decent discount but that's about it.

Cons

People in team leader or manager positions clearly have no training on how to manage effectively. Yes they can do the actual work required as in knowing how the shop works but condescending and mocking language towards the rest of the team is neither a useful or productive motivator. And they wonder why staff turnover is so high.
